Michael "Big Mike" Engler

Michael “Big Mike” Engler brings a lifetime of blue-collar insight and financial knowledge to the construction professionals he serves. Before becoming a Certified Financial Educator® and trusted advisor, Mike spent years in the lumber industry working side by side with builders, contractors, and tradespeople. He saw firsthand how hard these men and women worked to provide for their families, often without access to the financial guidance needed to protect what they earned. Those early experiences...paired with the strong influence of his father and mentors throughout the building community...shaped his commitment to helping construction clients build, protect, and pass on their wealth with the same precision they bring to every job site.

Today, Mike focuses on business and personal financial strategies, retirement planning, and estate preservation tailored to the realities of construction entrepreneurs, crews, and blue-collar families. His comprehensive approach spans investment strategy, tax-efficient planning, wealth distribution, legacy protection, and risk management—all delivered with a straight-talking style his clients trust. Drawing on his background as an offensive lineman at East Stroudsburg University, he understands that success begins with protection. In football, failing to protect the quarterback collapses the play; in finance, failing to protect income, assets, and family stability collapses the plan. Mike ensures his clients have a coordinated strategy strong enough to move the chains forward.

Mike serves clients nationwide. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations, maintains life and health insurance licenses, and continues his education in estate planning, retirement strategies, and risk management. He is also experienced in qualified and defined-contribution plans, including 401(k) plan administration.

 

Mike lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife Rebecca and their children, Hailey and Brayden.
